Design Assistance:

We can assist our clients in design and build process. Our Engineering team understands product requirements and suggest the most Economically Optimum Engineered Solution.

Accuracy:

We can achieve 5-10 micron accuracy in Turning operations and 3-5 micron accuracy in Grinding operations.

 

Raw Material:

All material are procured directly from the best mills , both domestic and from abroad.

All incoming material is Lab tested at NABL certified Labs to confirm Grade and elemental chemistry and composition, hardness, Ultra sonic inspection..etc.

 

Instrumentation:

All our measuring instruments are checked against standards daily before start of production.

We also have specialists visit our facility every quarter to certify accuracy of all our equipment's and instrumentations like, Roll Callipers, Micrometers, Bore Gauges, Dial gauges, Vernier Caliper etc

Machines:

Our machines are maintained with the highest priority. Our machines are laser Calibrated to provide utmost accuracy. We have CNC Lathes, CNC Grinding machines, Dynamic Balancing machines, hydraulic press, All Geared Lathes etc. 

 

Surface & Coating Inspections:

We have spent tremendous amount of hours on R&D to achieve desired surface finish customised to application. Our rollers are inspected for surface roughness and hardness  both before and after coating application, to achieve the best results. Each coating thickness is measure to maintain uniformity of surface as well as overall dimensions of the product. 

 

Dynamic Balancing:

Rollers are dynamically balanced (ISO 1940-1) as per requirements of the customer, On our in-house computerised balancing machine.

 

In Process QC:

As the product moves through stages of production, it is checked at each stage to understand variations/ deviations, and appropriate corrective action is taken if needed.

The checks are performed using Measuring instruments as well as Go/No-Go gauges.

All variations, deviations and production are recorded and studied. We believe in continuous improvement and strive for it.

 

Final Inspection:

All products are subject to final inspection. All inspection values are recorded and can be provided with the product, as par of inspection report.

 

Packaging;

All products are packed for safe transportation, and to reduce any chance of damage in transportation or handling. We can customize this as per our customer requirement.
